What counts as an email?
Every individual message sent to a single recipient counts as one email. If you send a single message with 5 recipients in the "To" or "Bcc" fields, that counts as 5 emails.
Do I need to enter a credit card for the Hobby plan?
No, the Hobby plan is completely free forever. We only ask for a credit card if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan or if you want to verify your identity to remove sandbox limits.
How does pay-as-you-go billing work?
If you are on the Pro plan and exceed your included monthly email allowance, you will be billed $0.80 for every additional 1,000 emails sent. There are no daily limits or cut-offs, so your emails will continue to flow without interruption.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
