Terms of Service

By creating an account, generating an API key, sending emails through our SMTP relays, or integrating Render25 SDKs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an entity, corporation, or organization, you represent that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority or do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease all use of Render25.

Render25 grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and utilize our transactional email APIs, Anycast SMTP relays, SDK libraries, and customer web console in strict compliance with your plan tier and quotas.

You are solely responsible for all transmissions originating from your API credentials, including safeguarding API keys, verifying ownership of your sending domains via DNS (SPF, DKIM, and MX records), and adhering to RFC email standards.

To safeguard the shared IP reputation of our network and protect recipient inboxes, Render25 enforces an uncompromising anti-spam policy. You agree never to transmit:

Accounts generating sustained bounce rates above 5% or complaint rates exceeding 0.08% are subject to automated rate limitation, sending domain quarantine, or suspension.

You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and dashboard credentials. You must immediately rotate compromised keys and notify our security team at [email protected] if unauthorized usage is suspected.

Render25 is not liable for any losses, unauthorized billing charges, or reputational damage resulting from stolen or leaked API keys within client-side code repositories.

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Overage fees for transmissions exceeding included tier limits are billed at the standard rate specified on our pricing page.

All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly required by law or specified under a signed Enterprise Service Level Agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing console; cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing cycle.

We architect Render25 for high availability with Anycast routing across edge nodes in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Beauharnois, and Singapore. We target 99.8% API endpoint availability for production tiers.

Because email delivery depends upon external destination mail exchangers (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Yahoo Mail), Render25 cannot guarantee that any specific email will be accepted into the inbox by third-party mail servers beyond our direct administrative control.

As between you and Render25, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to your email content, recipient data, customer databases, trademarks, and branding assets. Render25 acquires no intellectual property rights in your customer communications.

Render25, the Render25 logo, Anycast SMTP dispatch engines, and documentation are proprietary property of Kingdom Corporation. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Render25 nor Kingdom Corporation shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or deliverability variances resulting from your use of the platform.

In no event will Render25's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you to Render25 in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
